- Where are you located?
We are located at 3910 Rochdale Boulevard in Regina, SK. across the street from WalMart in the Capital Auto Mall. - Are you Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI) Accredited?
Yes we are. We have a great working partnership with them. We have the lastest in tools, technology and our techs have the most up to date training. - Are you a factory authorized repair facility?
We have been approved by all the major manufacturers to repair their brands back to factory specs. We have repaired Cadillac's, Porches, Audi's, Ford, BMW, Saturn, GMC, KIA, Nissans, Toyota's and even a Bentley to name just a few.. Feel confident that we will repair your special vehicle back to it's pre accident condition. - What if I need a rental vehicle while you are working on mine?
We are proud to have Thrifty Car Rental within our building. We can provide you with a special discount on a vehicle from Thrifty while yours is in our care. If you have loss of use on your package policy then SGI will cover the cost. All of the vehicles are current model year, safe and clean. Ask one of our CRA's to book a rental while your vehicle is being repaired by us. - When will my vehicle be ready? How long to repair the damage?
After you and your vehicle have been to SGI for an estimate and you are booking in the repair with us our staff will give you an estimated completion date. Sometimes there is hidden damage that we can't see until we begin the repair plan. When we find damage that is not on the original estimate then we need to get SGI approval first before we can continue. This can add some additional days to the repair especially if we need to order extra parts. We use the same software program as SGI so when we are building our repair plan we can ensure an accurate and complete estimate. Our Collision Repair Advisors will keep you informed on the progress of your vehicle and any unforeseen delays due to hidden damage or parts delays while in our shop. - Will my car or truck be cleaned before I get it back?
Yes. We have a dedicated detail staff in a 10,000sq ft AutoSpa that takes great pride in making your vehicle shine inside and out. Please help us out by removing all your personal items out of the vehicle before you drop it off to us. We use environmentally friendly products that will not damage your vehicle, our techs or the ozone.
